One of the branches of the Tazkia Foundation is the proposed Orphanage, which will be an unparalleled facility in the country due to its unique curriculum and practices. It will only cater to those who are truly orphans. The orphanage will provide good quality food and employ qualified teachers to ensure that the children receive quality education. The Tazkia Foundation Orphanage will be responsible for every aspect of the orphans' lives, from their early childhood living and feeding to bearing all the expenses of their education until they are established in real life. The children will receive formal education as well as the technical education to prepare them for success in their professional lives.

Allah subhanahu ta'ala says,

فَأَمَّا ٱلْيَتِيمَ فَلَا تَقْهَرْ

Translation: So do not be harsh to the orphan. [Surah Duha - 9]

وَإِذْ أَخَذْنَا مِيثَاقَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ لاَ تَعْبُدُونَ إِلاَّ اللّهَ وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَاناً وَذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَقُولُواْ لِلنَّاسِ حُسْناً وَأَقِيمُواْ الصَّلاَةَ وَآتُواْ الزَّكَاةَ ثُمَّ تَوَلَّيْتُمْ إِلاَّ قَلِيلاً مِّنكُمْ وَأَنتُم مِّعْرِضُونَ

Translation: When I took a pledge from the people of Israel that worship none but Allah, be kind to parents, relatives, orphans and the poor, speak good words to people, establish prayer and give alms, then you turn away except a few, you are the rejecters. [Surah Baqarah - 2:83]

فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْيَتَامَى قُلْ إِصْلاَحٌ لَّهُمْ خَيْرٌ وَإِنْ تُخَالِطُوهُمْ فَإِخْوَانُكُمْ وَاللّهُ يَعْلَمُ الْمُفْسِدَ مِنَ الْمُصْلِحِ وَلَوْ شَاء اللّهُ لأعْنَتَكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ

Translation: "Regarding the world and the Hereafter. And they ask you, the ruling regarding the orphans. Say, it is better to arrange their affairs properly and if you mix their expenses with yours, then you will think that they are your brothers. Verily, Allah knows the ill-wishers and the well-wishers." . Had Allah willed, He could have imposed upon you complications. Verily He is Mighty, Wise." [Surah Baqarah - 2:220]

لَّيْسَ الْبِرَّ أَن تُوَلُّواْ وُجُوهَكُمْ قِبَلَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ وَلَـكِنَّ الْبِرَّ مَنْ آمَنَ بِاللّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ وَالْمَلآئِكَةِ وَالْكِتَابِ وَالنَّبِيِّينَ وَآتَى الْمَالَ عَلَى حُبِّهِ ذَوِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينَ وَابْنَ السَّبِيلِ وَالسَّآئِلِينَ وَفِي الرِّقَابِ وَأَقَامَ الصَّلاةَ وَآتَى الزَّكَاةَ وَالْمُوفُونَ بِعَهْدِهِمْ إِذَا عَاهَدُواْ وَالصَّابِرِينَ فِي الْبَأْسَاء والضَّرَّاء وَحِينَ الْبَأْسِ أُولَـئِكَ الَّذِينَ صَدَقُوا وَأُولَـئِكَ هُمُ الْمُتَّقُونَ

Translation: Righteousness is not only facing the east or the west, but the greatest good deed is believing in Allah, the Last Day, the angels, and all the prophets, and spending wealth for the love of His relatives and orphans. - For the poor, travelers-beggars and freed slaves. And those who establish prayer, give zakat, and fulfill their vows, and persevere in times of want, sickness, grief, and war, those are the righteous, and those are the pious. [Surah Baqarah - 2:177]

Orphan context in Holy Hadith Sharif:

.وَقَالَ بِإِصْبَعَيْهِ السَّبَّابَةِ وَالْوُسْطَى ." أَنَا وَكَافِلُ الْيَتِيمِ، فِي الْجَنَّةِ هَكَذَا " حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ، سَمِعْتُ سَهْلَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ

Translation: On the authority of Hazrat Sahl Ibn Sa'd (R.A.) that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: "I and the guardian of the orphans will be like this (side by side) in Paradise. While saying this, he pointed with his index and middle fingers together." [Sahih Bukhari - 5579]

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ‏:‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم‏:‏ خَيْرُ بَيْتٍ فِي الْمُسْلِمِينَ بَيْتٌ فِيهِ يَتِيمٌ يُحْسَنُ إِلَيْهِ، وَشَرُّ بَيْتٍ فِي الْمُسْلِمِينَ بَيْتٌ فِيهِ يَتِيمٌ يُسَاءُ إِلَيْهِ، أَنَا وَكَافِلُ الْيَتِيمِ فِي الْجَنَّةِ كَهَاتَيْنِ يُشِيرُ بِإِصْبَعَيْهِ‏.

Translation: Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) said, The Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: "The best of the Muslim houses is the house where there is an orphan and he is treated well. The worst of the Muslim houses is the house where there is an orphan and he is treated badly." I and the Sustainer of orphans shall be together as these two in heaven. Saying this he pointed to his two fingers." [Adabul Mufrad - 136]

وعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَت قَالَ رَسُوْلُ الله ﷺ أَنَا وَكَافِلُ اليَتِيمِ لَهُ أوْ لِغَيْرِهِ في الجَنّةِ والسَّاعِي عَلَى الْأَرْمَلَةِ والمِسْكِينِ كالمُجَاهِدِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ

Translation: Narrated by Ammazan Ayesha (RA), the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "I and the caretaker of my own orphans or others will be in Paradise (side by side). And the one who takes care of widows and the needy is equal to one who strives in the way of Allah." [Tabarani Fil-Awsaat 4742, Sahihul Jame’ 1476]
